A "manifesto" for a home for the atypical (neurodiverse)
What follow are a collection of ideas - each intended to pick a concept that may assist in the design of a home for an autistic person. They are ideas, represented simply and graphically. They are not intended to represent the design of a home literally.
For the neurotypical reader, the "trigger zone" is the outside world, over which the autistic individual has no control.
My hope is that these concepts resonate with the autistic community and I would love to receive comments and feedback as my intention is to build a house for myself and family, as an autistic architect. What started as a theoretical exercise, may have a very tangible outcome.
